Kueski is a rapidly growing fintech startup that is focused on providing the best credit solutions and experiences for the underserved populations in emerging markets.

We are seeking for a VP of Marketing and Growth to develop and execute marketing strategies that position the company to achieve long term growth, while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals. This role is responsible for devising a brand strategy and creating and executing marketing plans to build the Kueski brand and profitably acquire new borrowers. In addition, this leader will continually identify and assesses new markets, product and technology opportunities and ensures resources are in place to drive marketing strategy and capitalize on opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be a key and active member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Develop integrated marketing strategies based on strong analytics (including on costs, conversion, retention, LTV and ROI), set and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Own the end to end consumer acquisition strategy including management over online and offline channels ensuring a performance driven approach (constant measurement and optimization)
Develop and execute successful and cost effective client acquisition strategies and programs, making sure that the quality of the clients acquire is optimum and that strategies support the company’s growth objectives.
Manage the voice and brand of Kueski, ensuring that the messages are aligned and appropriate to show our identity and how proud we feel about it.
Lead a growing Marketing team to execute on marketing strategies
Establish strong and effective relationships across all the stakeholders of the Company.
Work hand in hand with Risk, Product and Customer Service team in search of agreements and strategies that will improve users’ experience, optimizing conversion, NPS, LTV, etc.
Execution of user acquisition strategies based on the optimization of LTV.
Work along with the Product team in order to constantly improve the conversion funnel of Kueski.
Design models that drive decision making for segmentation, customization, orientation, attribution and life of the customers’ value optimization and automation. Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace.
Utilize data-driven decision making to improve the performance of our marketing and business development efforts. Prioritize initiatives based on highest potential impact.
Develop and execute strategy of client recurrence and retention.
Build and manage a world-class marketing team.

Experience:

10+ years of experience with marketing including marketing strategy, user acquisition, product positioning, brand strategy and user research
6+ years of experience leading high performing teams. A track record of having attracted hired and/or managed and developed a large, high-performing team.
4+ years of experience with digital marketing
2+ years experience with public relations and public communications
2+ years of experience results in a high level of accountability reporting
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering on marketing strategies and programmes, in both B2C environments and/or marketing/advertising agencies if possible.
Experience making data-driven marketing and sales decisions using surveys, focus groups, A/B testing, campaign attribution, and other analytical tools, and demonstrated business sense and intuition through successful marketing projects at scale.
