In Aliada we are redefining the future of work in Latin America by creating a marketplace that allows anyone to share their skills, find customers, get rated and use those ratings to have access to more opportunities and services for their own advancement.

We started with a home cleaning vertical allowing to more than 1,000 women to triple their income, commute less and spend more time with their families. Now we are expanding our verticals and allowing all our providers to have access to financial services, insurance and micro loans in a gamified experience to increase their wellbeing.

We are backed by the best VC firms in Mexico and it’s time to expand. We currently provide over 15,000 services a month just in Mexico City and working fast to provide 80,000 services by the end of the year in all major Mexican cities.

We aspire to the most amazing service to every member of our community. The Customer Loyalty Team is Heart and Soul of the Aliada Family. Our Customer Loyalty Team (CLT) Agents handle more than 4,000 calls a day 7 days a week! (Well, we do close down temporarily when we have a company meeting or the occasional party!)

We love our customers and want to make a personal connection with everyone that picks up the phone to call us. Our highly skilled Agents have the freedom to search for the perfect solution, assist Aliadas or just simply have a fun conversation with our customers.

As a member of our Customer Loyalty Team you will be the company’s first point of contact with our users (customers and aliadas). You will have to amaze our users with your inclinations toward excelence, your super-human ability to empathize with their problems, surprise with your creativity to provide amazing solutions and make the whole Team proud with your team playing attitude.

To be eligible to be part of the team, you must be:

? Proven team player.
? Hungry to keep learning.
? Empathetic.
? Authentically cool.

And you must have:

Finished or coursing a Bachelor degree.
Basic analytic skills (chart analysis, data base administration)
Excellent written and oral communication.
Customer service experience (desirable).
Startup experience (desirable).
A dog. No not really, but we do love dogs.
